The Role

As the team's Senior Office Manager, you'll have an opportunity to help drive and build the culture of a startup and to take ownership and define your responsibilities within the company. We’re looking for a self-starter with enthusiasm, energy, and passion.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee office, vendor, and facilities management for a rapidly growing startup located just outside of Boston
  • Support planning and execution of office-wide company meetings and team outings
  • Recommend, implement, and enforce updates to office policies, procedures, and safety standards (visitor registration, security, ADA/OSHA compliance, etc.)
  • Work closely with various teams (IT, Operations, and Sales) to assist with administrative tasks and visitor logistics
  • Drive company culture by providing a positive and inclusive environment, including the management and support of company events
  • Manage budgeting and expense reports
  • Support HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding and recruiting support
  • Assist with other projects as needed

    What You Bring

    • 5+ years of previous administrative experience in a high-growth environment, with strong project management skills
    • Bachelor’s or Associate's degree; or equivalent professional experience
    • Proficient in using a Mac, GSuite apps, various teleconferencing tools, and A/V equipment
    • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
    • Self-sufficiency and the ability to identify creative solutions to problems
    • Excellent communication skills
